Nice property. Very convenient location. Had everything required for a comfortable stay by way of amenities/equipment. Lovely welcome basket on arrival.
Only downside is that there a few rather dated aspects to the property… 1) the heating is via old storage heaters and convection fans which were pretty inefficient and took a while to warm the property sufficiently (we were there over new year and it was very cold weather). 2) the shower was an old electric shower, the water was hot but just not powerful enough so you felt cold underneath it.

The location was perfect and suited us as we were close to where other family members were staying. Easy walking into the town, beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed with a clean kitchen and bathroom.
I felt the lack of basic items was slightly disappointing. Having stayed at other B & B's where kitchen rolls, shower gel or soap and additional toilet rolls are supplied would have been helpful to save time shopping for them. Considering the cost of our 4 night stay it struck me as quite mean. Large pedal bin in kitchen had a broken top which we were able to fix but felt this should have been checked and repaired before our arrival.
