Hello! Welcome to P11! I'm Luiz and I'm making one more of my apartments available to you.

1- How do I get the key?
A: The key is in place
2- Is it close to the beach? How far out are we going?
A: 700 meters from the beach, I recommend to go by car, as the best beaches are about 1.3 km away, including the SESC Bertioga beach.
3- What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is flexible, as it depends on the departure of the previous guest (if available, I can help you with one of my other accommodations until the set time 17:00).
4- Can I enter in the morning? Anticipate check-in? What time can I enter on the day of my reservation?
A: Yes, you can enter as long as there are no guests leaving the premises. In this case, your starting time will be 17:00, as we need to wait for the check-out of the previous guest and prepare the place for your entry.
5- What is the flexible check-in?
A: This type of check-in is the method we use to be able to better organize the arrival and departure of guests, let's assume that the guest prior to your reservation decides to leave the place before, with that the place will be released for your arrival in the part in the morning without waiting until 17:00.
6- Can you see in the calendar if I can get in early?
A: No, because the calendar is released. I can inform you the day before (in the evening) about your exact check-in time.
7 - What time can I leave? Can I check out in the evening?
A: The check-out must be done until 15:00 (No delay), as this reflects in the reservations that come after yours, remembering that the delay after your tolerance, which is 15 minutes, can generate a charge of up to one night or in case of cancellation of the upcoming guest, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. If you do not have a reservation for the day, I can release the check-out until 19:00, but you will only be informed during your reservation.
8- Is it close to the bus station?
A: No, it is a 13-minute drive.
9- What is the daily rate? What is the Total Value?
A: I can't see it, because the calculation is all done on the website, so you can consider the final value that will be fine.
10- What is the payment method?
A: Credit card only.
11- Is the price per night or per person?
A: Per night, including up to 6 people, which is the maximum limit.
12- What is the address?
A: It is not allowed to pass the address, but it is in Jardim Rafael, Bertioga, a neighborhood next to Sesc, this already helps in your location.
13- What is the floor?
A: P11 is on the 2nd floor, a short ralll, with 20 steps.
14- Do you accept pets?
A: Of course, here your Pet is also welcome! But, don't forget to tell me about it and preferably what is the size of the Pet.
15- Do you have shops nearby?
A: Yes, market and pharmacy.
16- Do you have parking?
A: The vacancies are external, next to the guardhouse, super safe.
17- Do you have kitchen utensils?
A: Yes, everyone!
18- Do you have bed linen?
A: No, just thinking about allergic people.
19 - My first time on the app, it's safe, how does it work?
