About this apartment rental
Hello! Welcome to P2! I'm Luiz and I'm making one of my apartments available to you.
To make your reservation easier, take a look at the frequently asked questions so you can book without waiting for me to answer.
1- How do I get the key?
A: The key stays in place.
2- Is it near the beach? How far out are we going?
A: 700 meters from the beach, I suggest going by car, as the best beaches are about 1.3 km, including the SESC Bertioga beach.
3- What is the check-in and check-out time?
A: Check-in is flexible as it depends on the departure of the previous guest (if so, I can help you with one of my other accommodations by the set time) and check-out can be until 17:00.
4- Is it near the bus station?
A: No, it's a 13-minute drive, but I have people available to transport you.
5- What is the daily rate? What is the total value?
A: I can not see, because the calculation is all done by the site, so you can consider the final value that will have no problem.
6- What is the payment method?
A: The site accepts card only, if you have not let me know, I try to see if they can generate a ticket.
7- Is the value per day or per person?
A: Per night, up to 6 people is the maximum limit.
8- What is the address?
A: The site does not allow to pass the address, but is in Jardim Rafael, Bertioga, next to the sesc, this already helps in its location.
9- What is the floor?
A: P2 is on the 1st floor (No elevator, as the staircase is short)
10- Do you accept a pet?
A: Of course, here your PET is also welcome!
11- Do you have trade nearby?
A: Yes, market and pharmacy.
12- Do you have parking?
A: The vacancies are external, next to the guardhouse, super safe.
13- Do you have kitchen utensils?
A: Yes, everyone!
14- Do you have bedding?
A: No, just thinking about allergic people.
15 - My first time in the app, is it safe, how does it work?
A: Yes, here you have all the warranties, refund and tc.

Adorei o tempo de estadia neste apartamento, ele é muito confortável e lindo, ótimo para descansar e curtir as praias. Proprietário tem ótimo gosto pra decoração! Mas se for ficar nesse apartamento é melhor pra quem tem carro, pois é um pouco distante das coisas, fica a dica! Espero poder alugar com o Luiz novamente, ele é super atencioso e simpático!

Muito bom a experiência, ótimo apartamento no litoral, descanso e conforto sai certos, super recomendo, o Luiz muito gente boa, nos atendeu da melhor maneira possível.
