Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, stosunkowo blisko stacji metra. Spokojna okolica, naprzeciwko szkoła, niedaleko boisko dla dzieci, na pieszo można przejść na Prater, stadion, do Belwederu, polskiego kościoła. Blisko kilka restauracji. Byliśmy od 1 do 3 maja - mieliśmy zaparkowany samochód tuż przy mieszkaniu (w okresie świątecznym nie musieliśmy szukać płatnego parkingu). Było cicho i bezpiecznie. Bardzo dobre miejsce dla rodziny czteroosobowej mającej w planie zwiedzenie Wiednia. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, jest nawet dobre żelazko z deską do prasowania. Dobry kontakt z zarządzającym mieszkaniem, który szybko pomógł przy problemie związanym z otwarciem mieszkania.

Nie udało nam się uruchomić telewizora (nie mieliśmy czasu by ten problem rozwiązać). Tak na marginesie to zdjęcie z bookingu trochę mylące - nie czekał na nas żadna butelka wina.

The apartment has good location, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. When I asked question about the washing mashine, i got help quickly.

The apartment in the ground floor has one disadvantage - not the fault of the owner - that both windows open to the street, and people walking by are quite loud sometimes, especially in the evening.

A very nice apartment with all you need. Very cozy, clean and near to a tram station (7 min walk) and shops like Lidl, Bipa, Hofer etc. Perfect for a couple but also for a small family. Also very nice hosts as we arrived very late on our last night and we could prolong the checkout with another 1h30 which was very helpful and nice.
