-gute Lage in U bahn Nähe - check in sehr einfache -Einrichtung war schön ausgesucht -Ventilator vorhanden
- Steckdosen locker (mit Kleinkindern schlecht) - Im Badezimmer/Toilette hätte es etwas sauberer sein können(Fugen und Ecken vergilbt) -Abfluss war verstopft

Ottima la posizione a due passi dalla metropolitana. Il gestore molto disponibile ha sempre risposto rapidamente alle nostre richieste su whatsapp. Pur non essendoci un condizionatore ci hanno fornito due ventilatori dal primo giorno senza averli prima richiesti. La casa era pulita. Era presente un lettino da campeggio che abbiamo utilizzato come culla. Complessivamente ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consigliamo per un soggiorno con bambini.
Avrei preferito qualche strumento in più per la pulizia ( mancavano banalmente un secchio e un mocio, uno strofinaccio per asciugare qualche stoviglia). Assenti una tovaglia o delle tovagliette per la tavola. Avremmo preferito dei teli da bagno in più, infatti abbiamo richiesto un cambio aggiuntivo pur pagandolo. Nel complesso tuttavia, il giudizio resta positivo.

Ubicado cerca a la estación del metro.
Tuve una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en alojamientos. No está acondicionado para el calor del verano porque no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventilador. La distribución y espacios es muy incómoda. La ducha está mal diseñada y deja todo el baño inundado, además queda dentro de la cocina. El ruido de los vecinos y la calle con las ventanas abiertas es insoportable. Finalmente la limpieza podría mejorar.
