Great customer service. Reception is attentive and friendly. Free hotel shuttle. Amazing lounge area with pool table and board games. Great self laundry service and gym. Love everything this hotel has to offer. I personally would rate this hotel 4 star at least!

Very clean and always had someone at the front desk with a smile
The complimentary breakfast was NOT good quality. My room was close to the road, I found it very noisy. And I think there is a water leak in the wall/ceiling and I did inform staff

The room was outdated, the desk chair arm were so dirty I didn’t touch them. Pillows were flat. Wife and I both did not feel this hotel fit the Hilton hotel chain we are use to. Will never go back.not great
