You are literally on the street and can hear conversations from people, vehicles and even trams. A MAJOR negative that should be highlighted by the lister before but the landlord vanished after I checked in, zero response

there is no washing machine installed. It’s a bit of a nuisance for travelers having a long stay, like I did (10 days).

Great communication prior to and during our stay. Great accommodation- everything we needed, in a good location. Easy to access places. Felt we could get in touch if there were any difficulties.

Nothing to complain about. An extra mirror in the bedroom would have been useful and a toaster, but certainly happy with everything.

The property has good kitchen facilities for few days stay for group of 4. Also has good location, supermarket is very close and tram stations near by; just 10-15 min from city center by tram. The place is warm for cold days. The check in was very easy, the smart locks are very simple to use by everyone.

The whole place had a weird smell, especially the toilet, towels and bed sheets. The windows are not openable, only small parts at the top that are not enough for fresh air. The apartment is on the main street that is busy all the time with vehicles, and because of the poor sound isolation, you can hear everything from outside from people conversations to traffic noise. Even the footsteps of the upstairs neighbors seemed so loud. It is hard to get some rest in general. There were not enough towels for 4 people for longer stay. Very dusty and we saw few spiders.

It’s in a good location. Shops and public transport are near. On street parking available, paid from 6pm to midnight, free otherwise.

The bin in the kitchen was broken. And it was dirty behind the bin. The kitchen cupboard doors were filthy on the inside, full off sticky greasy fingerprints. No antibacterial handsoap available in the kitchen nor bathroom. No antibacterial spray/wipes available in the apartment to maintain covid safe cleaning during our stay. There was a hole in one of the doors, like someone had punched it. Black marks and black hand prints all over the walls. The toilet seat was broken. There was an awful sewage smell in the apartment, originating from the bathroom. We’ve bought bleach and drain cleaner out of our own money to try and address it but to no avail unfortunately. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to be working either. We had to shower with the bathroom door open and the kitchen extraction fan on to try and get rid of the damp. We made a booking for 3 people and only received enough towels for 2 people. The children’s bedroom was ice cold, even with the heating on. We could feel a cold draught but couldn’t find a way to close the window or wherever it was that the cold air was coming from. So we were forced to take a mattress downstairs into the main bedroom and let our 5 year old sleep on it on the floor. The bed in the main bedroom was a kingsize, consisting of 2 beds pushed together. But the quilt was for a double bed. So sleeping as a couple it was too small. The desk lamp didn’t have a light bulb in it so we couldn’t use it. There’s no wardrobe for your clothes, we stayed for 6 days so we wanted to unpack properly but the structures weren’t adequate. There was hanging space but very few hangers and shoe space, we were forced to live out of our suitcases. The photo’s as advertised are NOT what you get in real life. These are likely taken when the apartments were first done up. And were likely taken of the best apartment they have. The apartment has not been maintained.

Easy access to town. Comfortable bed. Helpful host. Great price. Nice and warm. Good shower.

Dirty cutlery. Damp/wet towels...perhaps not changed from previous occupent.

2 tvs, one in the living room so we could what while eating, and one in the big bedroom for more comfortable movie nights

No extra towels, drawers with forks and spoons etc was dirty. Steam in the bathroom couldn't leave easily. Also not a lot of cleaning stuff for in the kitchen.

It was a clean and modern apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The lighting was also very good. It was a good apartment which was good for reading and work. The keyless entry (with a smart code keypad) was very convenient and communication was thorough and timely.

No particular problems.

The appartment is spacious, clean, beautiful, well located, well equiped. The host commuinicates with you all the time and I like the self check in idea with the code.

The only downsides were no Windows that could open in the living room and I could hear the noise from other appartments and the street. This is obviously not the host's fault though.

Appena entrati siamo stati assaliti da un terribile odore di fogna, che ha continuato a persistere durante tutto il soggiorno. Il bagno è piccolissimo, con un mini lavabo, non c'è assolutamente spazio nemmeno per poggiare gli indumenti puliti. Non c'erano i prodotti per la doccia e, nonostante la nostra richiesta e il nostro sollecito, nessuno ha mai risposto nè provveduto a fornirceli; scarsa anche la carta igienica. Nella stanza con i letti a castello abbiamo trovato il riscaldamento spento e la stanza molto fredda (abbiamo provveduto noi in seguito ad alzare la temperatura del radiatore). La stanza da letto matrimoniale è al piano inferiore, a cui si accede attraverso una scala ripida senza corrimano. In nessuna delle stanze è presente un armadio, solo dei piccoli ripiani aperti. Sconsigliato.

Das Preis-Leistibgs-Verhältnus ist angemessen. WLAN funktioniert, TV und Spülmaschine auch. Die Heizung schien nur manchmal zu funktionieren, WC Deckel defekt. In naher Umgebung Tramstation und Supermarkt. Den Haag, Leiden und Delft sind sehr sehenswert!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war nicht angenehm und nicht hilfreich.

De ligging

Bij aankomst moest er nog gepoetst worden. De badkamer rook naar het riool. Stoel was stuk. Meerdere matrassen zat een kuil. Wc bril zat los. Douchekop was kapot. Wastafel was een fonteintje. Diepvries was afgeplakt, niet bruikbaar. De centrale afzuig werkte niet. Verwarming werkte niet.

Le prix

Ce n'était pas propre à mon arrivée après 4 heures de route. J'ai dû attendre 20h pour que tout soit propre alors que j'ai payé pour 15h. Il est très compliqué de joindre les responsables. Très bruyant avec la route.

Gemütliches bett. Mehr nicht

Fenster gingen nicht auf. Küche nicht voll ausgestattet. Keine klima und es wurde sehr heiß wie eine sauna und kaum auszuhalten. Toilette stinkt so sehr, dass die ganze wohnung stinkt und man kann nichtmal lüften. Keine antwort vom vermieter wenn etwas gefragt wurde

Propre, fonctionnel, confortable

Il n'y a pas de fenêtres, seulement une petite aération et les vitres donnent directement sur le trottoir. Mauvaise isolation, on entend tout le bruit et les stores laissent passer la lumière

L’appartement est extrêmement bruyant et les persiennes n’occultent pas du tout la lumière du jour .
