Nestled on 50 acres of rolling hills, serene ponds, and vibrant flower fields, 1885 Farms offers the ultimate blend of modern luxury and timeless charm. From its meticulously designed interiors to its stunning outdoor spaces, our eight-bedroom farmhouse invites you to relax, reconnect, and create unforgettable memories with loved ones.

Step into your private retreat where relaxation meets adventure. Lounge by the heated pool or gather around the cozy firepit under the stars. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a 55-inch TV, L-shaped granite bar, natural gas grill, and mini fridge, is perfect for alfresco dining. Across the way, a two-acre fishing pond brimming with bass, bluegill, crappie, and sunfish awaits. A paddleboat and kayak are ready for you to explore the water’s tranquil beauty. Wander along walking trails or discover over 50 varieties of blooms in our vibrant flower fields.

• Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining. With seating for 11, it’s perfect for gathering over meals.

• Living Room: Soaring 30-foot ceilings, three plush couches, a gas fireplace, and additional seating for quiet moments.
• Theater Room: Six massaging leather recliners and a 60-inch TV for the ultimate movie night.
• Laundry/Mudroom: Complete with washer, 2 dryers, and sink for your convenience.

• Primary Suite: King bed, vaulted ceilings, desk, 55-inch TV, his-and-hers walk-in closets, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and dual showerheads.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and three twin beds with a private full bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: King bed, 55-inch TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Important Policies & Guidelines
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and have at least one positive review from a prior stay. This policy ensures the safety and respect of our home.
• Guest Limit & Information: In compliance with local laws, a maximum of 16 people are allowed inside the home. All visitors must be included in your total guest count, and a list of guests must be provided prior to your stay.
• Parties & Noise: Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. Outdoor music must be kept at a reasonable volume and turned off by 10 PM. Indoor music is welcome after 10 PM as long as doors and windows remain closed. Only small portable Bluetooth speakers (12”x12” or smaller) are permitted—no party boxes, DJ equipment, or large speakers allowed.
• Respecting Neighbors: Property managers Audrey and Matt live next door with their young children. Please be considerate of noise levels, especially during evening hours.
• Property Rules:
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• No marijuana use anywhere on the property.
• No pets.
• No weapons.
• No confetti or glitter—cleanup is difficult and will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Outdoor Amenities: The pool is seasonal, open from May (weather permitting) through September, with a maintained temperature of 82°F. The hot tub is available year-round.
• Parking: Please park in designated areas and avoid parking directly in front of the carriage house or blocking Audrey and Matt’s vehicles. A parking map will be provided in the garage.
