La atención del personal es excelente. Muy agradecido con todos y todas. El hecho de que este hotel tenga trabajadores/as así hace que cualquier detalle negativo del mismo se vea compensado de manera exponencial.
No dispone de ascensor y quizás el colchón no me pareció demasiado cómodo.

La ubicación es buena y la habitación y sabanas de cama estaban muy limpias, toallas suficientes
Cuando entregamos la habitación, me querían cobrar una llave en 200 pesos aun y cuando la llave y el porta llave se estaba entregando, la situación fue que el porta llave estaba desgastado y se salió, mi molestia es que me estaban cobrando el costo de una llave perdida. La chica que nos atendió fue muy tajante y altanera, hasta que llego un chico, el fue muy amable y consiente de que el motivo por el que se salió la llave de ahí, fue por el uso y desgaste diario.
