First of all, it is a fantastic location! I love the placita and the zocalo. The breakfast was not included, it was good and excellent service.
The light in the room was not good enough to do my makeup, not even in the bathroom. I could not have a hot shower, the water was warm, it rained that day and after getting wet outside, I wanted to take a hot shower but I couldn't.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times already. The thing I liked was that they have a heated pool, the rooms looked clean, I loved that it's across the playground which my kid loves, I personally liked that vendors sell stuff in the night time in the little plaza by the church. And the staff are great.
I don't like that the parking lot is kind of far from the rooms, but being where it is located at they had no other option I guess as to where the parking place was going to be at. I have previously liked that the pool is heated, however, the last time I went the water was cool almost cold. We didn't last long in the pool, which was a major bummer because that was the main reason we booked the stay there. I also noticed that there were hairs and stains on the bed sheets. Minus points for that because that means that most likely the sheets aren't changed after each visitor checks out. If I decide to stay again in the future I hope it is like the first times we stayed there.
