Appartements proche Paris Disney

Good place... 30 min to centrum of Paris and 10 min to Disney Parks via train. That is cool.

Expected more advise for parking. However nearby is lot of free parking spaces but it is not so obvious.

Location of the apartment was very good and flat owner is nice & kind.

Bedsheets were not clean and there was no additional bedsheets for third person who will be sleeping on sofa. Overall cleaning of flat was also not good.

The host Tatiana was friendly and the possibility of taking the keys at any time is extremely positive to remain in disneyland until the end of the day. The quality to price ratio was really good considering that the aprtment is just five minutes from Torcy station and Torcy station is 10 minutes of RER A far from Disneyland. Apartment was clean. I can't provide any feedback about kitchen tools and dishes since we didn't use anything.

The self check-in didn't give us the possibility to leave the luggages in the early morning but it was clear since the beginning and frankly speaking it hasn't been a big issue.

The rer is about 5 minutes on foot, with 3 stop of rer from Disneyland Paris. Though it’s actually a Airbnb, the owner of the house is really nice and she respond the message or telephone quickly (there’s not much detail about checking in and checking out so you have to ask her yourself). The room is really clean and well equipped, there’s a supermarket (spar) 2 minutes on foot.

The sound isn’t insulated at all, you can hear what’s happen on the next door during the night. Besides, you share a same front door with your neighbors, which means when you enter the front door there are three rooms separated (with locks of course). The mattress sags in the middle…… It’s hard to sleep with this old mattress….. The wifi doesn’t work at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ceiling in the bathroom looked terrible, I should have taken pictures. The walls in the kitchenette/bedroom are also really bad. No space whatsoever. I could hear people from another apartment snoring and talking loudly and I couldn’t sleep properly. Also, when I first came in, I have seen someone’s pubes in the shower. Terrible place. Too expensive for what they offer. Also, they didn’t provide us with the WiFi password, I had to ask them for it. The host should really fix up the place before allowing other guests in.

L'établissement était bien. Elle est bien située, près d'une petite avenue centre commercial, facile d'accès avec le RER, proche de Disneyland Paris.

Lors de notre séjour, plusieurs points liés à la propreté et au confort nous ont malheureusement déçus. Les draps du lit étaient trop justes par rapport au matelas, ce qui faisait qu’ils se retiraient pendant la nuit. Le fauteuil présentait également plusieurs taches, ce qui ne donnait pas une impression de propreté. Dans la salle de bain, la conduite d’aération dans la douche était remplie de poussière. J’ai dû en retirer une grande partie moi-même avant de pouvoir utiliser la douche sereinement. De plus, l’eau ne s’évacue pas correctement : il faut régulièrement couper l’eau pour lui laisser le temps de s’écouler, sinon elle risque de déborder. Sous les chaises de la table, sur les petits coussins d’assise, il y avait également des taches (dont certaines ressemblaient à des taches de sang), ce qui est assez préoccupant. De manière générale, le ménage pourrait être plus approfondi, car l’ensemble ne paraissait pas totalement propre. C’est dommage, car ces éléments ont impacté notre confort durant le séjour.

La dame n’a pas du tout précisé que l’appartement était dans une colocation donc y’a 3 chambre dans un appartement toute les portes collé caméra 🎥 de surveillance 3 caméra 🎥 dans un petit couloir

Als wir angekommen sind es hat alles nach Essen gerochen. Die Matratze ist so kaputt, dass in der Mitte ein Loch gebildet wird. Es war so unbequem, dass wir mit Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden sind. Die Bettwäsche waren nicht für die große der Matratze geeignet und dann war das Bett unbezogen. Der Bezug der Kopfkissen war unsauber und kaputt, sodass man das nicht mehr schließen konnte. Die Fußbodenheizung konnte nicht runtergedreht werden und es war zu heiß. Wir haben versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, jedoch hat sich die Gastgeberin nicht gemeldet. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir uns entschieden das "Appartement" zu verlassen und ein Hotel gebucht.

L’appartement était très poussiéreux. Les draps sales et troues. Ce qui a provoqué de fortes allergies et a gâché mon séjour. Le propriétaire n’a jamais répondu à mes messages quand bien même c’était urgent.

Tutto! Letto scomodissimo, cuscino peggio di peggio e stanza caldissima anche se tutto il riscaldamento era spento! Per non parlare che la sicurezza non è proprio al primo posto, zona non molto tranquilla, e in più sei in un’appartamento condiviso dove ci sono altre persone! L’ultima sera un macello assurdo da altre persone che erano nella camera vicino tanto da non farci riuscire a dormire! Sconsigliato

L'accesso alla struttura è molto complicato specie per chi come noi arriva in tarda notte e se dovesse esserci un problema nessuno ti risponde al telefono. Uno dei tre cancelli prima di raggiungere l'appartamento non si apriva ed abbiamo atteso più di un'ora prima di trovare la giusta combinazione” direi che non è il massimo dopo aver affrontato un viaggio. Finalmente raggiunto l'appartamento, appena aperta la porta d'ingresso, siamo stati accolti da una fulminante puzza di fumo di sigaretta che ci ha accompagnato per tutti i quattro giorni del nostro pernotto, la quale aveva letteralmente impregnato tenda, lenzuola e cuscino rendendo il nostro soggiorno davvero sgradevole rovinando la nostra vacanza. La notte abbiamo dormito malissimo in quanto la puzza di fumo di sigaretta ci faceva tossire di continuo ed inoltre il materasso era davvero scomodissimo, sembrava di dormire in una fossa. La pulizia dell'appartamento è stata totalmente assente c'èra la polvere dappertutto! come si può vedere dalle foto avevamo preso questo appartamento in quanto era presente la cucina ma per motivi di igiene non è mai stata utilizzata!! Il lavandino del bagno era inutilizzabile in quanto l'acqua non scendeva come si può vedere dalla foto siamo stati costretti ad utilizzare il lavandino della cucina anche per lavarci i denti. Ovviamente ho immediatamente inviato il messaggio al proprietario mettendolo al corrente di tutto ciò e gentilmente non ha mai risposto al telefono se non il giorno prima di andar via ..ha avuto il coraggio di mandare un messaggio per chiedere di buttare anche la spazzatura.. direi ridicolo... Sconsiglio vivamente di pernottare qui per evitare di rovinarsi la vacanza in quanto Disneyland è Parigi meritano di essere godute al 100%....

Tout était parfait rien à dire . Proche de toutes commodité supermarché,gare ,pharmacie ect. Facile d'accès les instructions sont très claires. L'appartement est agréable . Je recommande cette appartement j'y retournerai volontiers lors de mon prochain voyage en région parisienne .

La cama es muy incómoda, el colchón y las almohadas lamentablemente hacen que no descanses, sin duda es lo que cambiaría. Tuvimos un problema a la llegada, pero lo solucionaron rápidamente, es lo importante
