I would definitely rrecommend it!

This is an absolutely adorable apartment! It was super clean, cozy, and sunny, perfect for my partner and me. It was also fairly easy to follow the steps for checking in and accessing it. It’s a bit of a walk to the different RER stations but the walk goes by stunning parks and lakes so we actually really enjoyed those walks as bookends to our days out and about!

The apartment was clean.

We had the worst experience of our lives at this apartment. The owner is the rudest person we have ever met. And even greedy! On the last night of our vacation, we accidentally broke the leg of the bed. The next morning, we reported this problem to the owner. He answered strangely and finally disappeared. After a week, we received a payment notice from Booking that we have to pay 300 euros in compensation. This is an unrealistic amount! He put an unstable, dangerous, creaking bed in the apartment (which we also reported to him) and he still asks for money. We couldn't rest properly during our entire vacation because of the bed! Also, we had other problems with the apartment. There is no privacy because of the window. The curtain doesn't cover properly and someone from the street can see in. The dining table was uncomfortable. The bin was broken. The shelf in the kitchen wasn't stable and the door of the small kitchen cabinet was hanging. The refrigerator was very loud, so it was difficult for us to fall asleep. If more people stay at this apartment, we think the second bed is too small. We also had a lot of problems with communication. He sent the information about the accommodation only in French. The paper on which the gate codes were written was also only in French. It wasn't highlighted enough that the parking garage is in another building. We had to carry our heavy luggage across the street. The parking garage is really weird. Its half-finished and it has quite a scary atmosphere. Our car stood in water for days because the parking garage got soaked. The public transport is also problematic if you don't go there by car.

Good place for a Disneyland trip

Very spacious apartment. It comes with tons if equipment like a rice cooker, a washing machine, etc. The location is great for Disneyland trips. The price is very fair. The parking garage is also nice. You need to enter the apartment once in order to get the keys for the parking garage. But there are many parking spots nearby, so that isn't really a problem.

Sauber, ordentlich, zum Übernachten gut geeignet, netter Vermieter

Die Unterkunft kann mittels Code an der Haustür und an der Wohnungstür geöffnet werden. Beides wird vorab mitgeteilt. Die Beschreibung des Vermieters war sehr detailliert und einfach. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Es lagen 2 Badehandtücher für uns parat, wer mehr braucht, sollte sich welche einpacken. Gute Anbindung zu Bus/Bahn. Ein kleines Geschäft/Bäcker/Apotheke/Fleischer befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr gut. Verschiedene Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden. Da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, wurde nur die Mikrowelle abends benutzt.

Es lagen 2 Badehandtücher für uns frisch gewaschen parat, leider waren diese noch sehr feucht. Auch das frisch bezogene Bett war noch klamm. Zum Glück hat uns der Vermieter sofort geantwortet und erklärt, dass die Waschmaschine einen integrierten Trockner hat, den wir dann erst einmal angeschmissen haben, denn auch die Ersatzbettwäsche lag sehr feucht zusammen gelegt in einer Box. Die beiden kleinen Sesselchen sind eher für Kinder, aber nicht für Erwachsene. Die Barstühle an der Esstheke waren zum sitzen nicht sehr bequem. Anzumerken ist, dass es ewig gedauert hat, bis wir im 3. Stock warmes Wasser zum Waschen/Duschen hatten. Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und der Hausverwalter hatte die Heizung noch nicht angestellt, so dass es doch recht frisch teilweise Abends wurde. Wer Abends mal den Fernseher anmachen möchte, muss sich bei mehreren Personen darauf einstellen, dass es nur das Sofa zum bequemen Sitzen gibt, aber so ungünstig steht, dass man Genickstarre bekommt oder einer liegt auf dem Boden und der andere auf dem Sofa🤣. Umstellen des Sofas ist laut Anweisung nämlich ausdrücklich untersagt😅.

Le porte si chiudono col codice ed è molto pratico e sicuro. La lavatrice/asciugatrice comodissima Supermercato sotto casa 1,8 km dalla metro Stabilimento pulito e silenzioso Presenza di the e caffè e zucchero Carta igienica VENTILATORE no aria condizionata

Il copri materasso, il Topper ed il lenzuolo erano sporchi. Trovate macchie marroni, capelli e ciglia. Battiscopa e muri sporchi, basterebbe una ritoccata di bianco, ne avrebbe bisogno. Un po' di puzza di scarico dal bagno, risolvibile tenendo la porta chiusa. Eravamo in quattro e mancavano i copri cuscini per due persone ed il lenzuolo pulito. Quello che c'era era piegato in velocità e sporco. Abbiamo usato un copri letto trovato in armadio. Mancavano tovagliette per quattro ed i due asciuga stoviglie che c'erano non erano validi per asciugare. Non troverete la bottiglia di acqua in fresca al vostro arrivo, no condimenti per insalata ma solo sale e pepe. No salviette. NO ARIA CONDIZIONATA ma ventilatore. No kit bagno benvenuto. ( Forse quello che c'era era di chi aveva soggiornato prima) Verso le 19, sotto casa cominciano a radunarsi gruppi di persone che parlano e si creano tavolini e sedie per stare fino a sera tarda. Non disturbano ma sono inquietanti. Ho sempre preferito rientrare col chiaro e quando erano ancora aperti i negozi. Il personale dei negozi sotto allo stabile sono molto gentili. Per i soldi che ho pagato, pecca di diverse cose e soprattutto io ho pagato anche il servizio di aria condizionata che NON C'ERA. viene fornito il ventilatore, ma allora a bisogna rivedere i prezzi. Grazie

Estuve una semana con mi amiga y fue bastante comodo y estaba bien equipado. Tienes justo al lado un supermercado, una panadería y me parece que un puesto de comida para llevar el cual me enteré muy tarde pero tenia buena pinta y una farmacia. Tambien en la calle de al lado esta una parada de bus que te lleva al metro así que tienes todo conectado. 10/10

Bâtiment devant une cité rempli de mecs, le propriétaire s’est permis de donner mes informations ( noms prénoms adresse ) aux jeunes du quartier sans mon autorisation après un quiproquo avec eux. D’ailleurs je n’ai rien oublié ça va bien se passer pour vous.

Mon séjour a été agréable et calme grâce à cet appartement tout confort.

L'emplacement de l'appartement avec un magasin juste en bas et une boulangerie, quartier calme. La propreté du lieu, avec pas mal d'éléments de confort. Pas de vis à vis. Le wifi gratuit et la TV câblée qui fonctionnent parfaitement.

Le four est bancal, les tabourets avec une assise trop basse par rapport à la hauteur de la table à manger. Ce sont des petits détails mais très franchement l'appartement est nickel.

Joli appartement cosy

Cet appartement est vraiment cosy, très propre, décoré avec goût et proche du lieu de travail où je devais me rendre à Champs sur Marne.

La cuisine manquerait d'équipements de base et est vraiment petite, les tabourets sont instables et on ne peut pas régler le chauffage (qui est central... et beaucoup trop élevé !)
