Clean, very friendly staff and accommodating , wonderful breakfast
Didn’t know the staff had to check the room before we could leave and had to wait for that to be completed before we could leave.

The hotel facilities were really great however the staff wasn’t really helpful. There was no clear communication on cafe opening hours or pool are opening hours. Every time I showed up at the area according to brochure in the room, everything was closed and staff’s answer was “oh well, it’s closed”.
And it would be really great to communicate cafe opening hours clearly because after I got back from my day trip, I was super hungry and there is literally none restaurants around. That’s left a bit bad memory from the staying in the hotel.
