This 3Bd/2.5Ba retreat is nestled in the natural beauty of northeast Georgia and boasts waterfront lake access with the best dock on all of Lake Hartwell! Perfect for entertaining and relaxing on the water.
When you enter the home, a welcoming open concept awaits you. A large foyer, kitchen and breakfast area with seating for 6 at the kitchen table and 3 barstools. Full kitchen includes oven w/ electric flat top range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Kitchen furnished with dining ware, flatware, pots/pans, and basic cookware. Dishwasher pods included for easy clean up. Private back porch off kitchen with table and chairs and gas grill. The foyer boasts a floor-to-ceiling travertine and shiplap fireplace with a live edge white oak mantle, furnished with 2 reclining armchairs and coffee table. Bamboo floors through all living spaces and brand-new carpeting in bedrooms. Step down into the lower den and be captivated with breathtaking views and the wall of windows! Game table perfect for a family game of cards or board game (many board games and Poker case w/ decks of cards provided) Large screen mounted TV with Amazon Fire TV and wireless internet included. Lower den seating includes a leather sofa and oversized chair. Laundry room with brand new washer and dryer for your use off the lower den. Bed linens, towels/washcloths included. Bring extra towels for the lake. The master bedroom has a King size Southerland mattress with a lake view. Private, en-suite bath with tiled shower. Bath #2 is newly renovated and has a tub/tiled shower combo. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom # 3 has a double bed and a bunk bed with twin mattresses, perfect for a “kids room”. Large closet has a few bins of toys, books and games. Pack-and-play and high chair available.
Although boat rental is not included, you are welcome to land your craft in one of the two slips! There is a two slip, covered, double (2) decker dock with GFCI power. Dock in DEEP WATER perfect for jumping and swimming. Aluminum swim ladder for easy exiting. Canoe and paddles stored on dock for your use. Nearest marina/boat ramp Ample seating/dining on second story of dock and boasts incredible views with plenty of shade for hot summer days. Swing in the hammock. Adult, child and infant lifejackets available.
There is a large circle drive with ample parking for 3 cars and a boat trailer.

The House is the smallest that I have ever rented, however I realized now just me and my two adult children didn't need 4 or 5 bedrooms nor two- or three-story rentals. I will go rent smaller in the future. The Host on this rental wasexpectable; personable, nice, kind, understanding, and very helpful.

The house was very nice and comfortable. The owners were nice and quick to respond to any questions I had. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the dock and cove! Gentle slope to lake. The house is cute, but sparsely decorated. We had an insect issue despite keeping kitchen clean, and ended up leaving a day early
