I loved everything and everyone on staff especially the woman behind the counter thank you .

I enjoyed the whole experience and environment.

The general manager caught the mistake in my reservation right away and kept me from having to pay a lot more. I appreciated her caring enough and taking her time to make sure my dates were correct and my balance was the same as my reservation.

Well our toilet stopped up daily and after plugging several times everyday I was convinced I could smell that waste while I slept, ate, and even when I left the hotel in my car. Which I believe it was in my sinisis or on our shoes. Then the toilet paper roller, bed side wall lamp, and light over the bed were all things that fell down or the light had water in it. They came and fixed the light, but didn't put the light fixture back up. We didn't feel bugging the maintenance people over little things that were obvious that it had happened several times before cause of the fixtures and large holes. We didn't put in a note. We just thought maintenance could get to it when we were gone and they had more time they weren't emergencies...No Biggie!
