    For the price you can not beat it, rooms are clean and cool to the touch so when coming in from a hot outside there is nothing better! Water pressure in the showers is to die for! Thank you to all the staff that worked to make my stay worth while

    I paid for a room I was placed at the end of the hall a refrigerator that was rusted on top the room was half cleaned the front desk tried to put me in a room with stuff not working but the one I’m in the toilet seat is peeling nasty old bathroom tiles very very disappointed n on top had the nerve to ask 50 dollar cash deposit for a nonsmoking room that was a smoking room with a dirty ass ac unit! Neva again it’s a nonrefundable booking that wasn’t even ready dude tried to Get me to come bk tomorrow I had to work CB n I don’t have money to throw away.

    I would like to preface this with a note that the staff was very polite and the maintenance staff were beyond helpful and kind. That said: I booked this room for my son and d.i.l while they were here for a visit. First we had to wait 2vhours in Memphis humidity for our their room to be ready. We werebtold that even though we had already paid for the room for a few nights, we were NOT allowed to wait in the lobby until it was ready. Oh, but we could pay 20.00 cash if we wanted and they would get us right in... Wanted to cancel at that point since my D.I.L is pregnant and did not need to be in sweltering heat for 2 hours. Since it is non refundable once you pay to book the room, we decided to make the best of it. We asked the front desk if the room had a microwave and mini fridge and were told that yes, the room had a mini fridge and microwave. We decided to kill a little time by shopping for a few groceries to save on resteraunt expenses. Finally get to actually check in and the room is clean for the most part but had a lot 9f roaches in the bathroom. Only 1 outlet works. There is a lot of damage to the furniture with missing lamp shades and broken knobs. And NO mini fridge or microwave. Grocery money wasted. I kniw the building is old and I can tell that they are at least making an attempt to approve it. However, until they get it improved, they need to reduce their rates. A LOT

    Worst experience. I had to keep asking for refrigerator, microwave, trash bean..etc which are very basic things should be already in the room.
