Clean, smaller than expected. Had everything that was needed. Bottom of bed and curtains were torn from what appeared to be a dog. All else was fine.

Everything was great. The kitchen had enough dishes. The AC worked well. The neighborhood is quiet - you don’t need earplugs to sleep. There is a free parking spot next to the apartment. The host responds very quickly, usually within less than 5 minutes. And most importantly, I wasn’t disturbed at all.The internet is also quite fast.A small downside is the condition of some of the furniture in the house. There were a couple of instances where cabinet doors didn’t fully close, about half an inch, but it’s not critical and not worth lowering the rating.Overall, 5/5. I’m very satisfied.

We had a great stay! Our stay was for 2 months, and this place was perfect for us! It was quiet, clean, safe, and well stocked. Excellent communication from Kristen!! Would 10/10 recommend.

Communication was amazing and made everything easy. It was exactly what we needed for the trip from location to the property itself. Would stay again.
