Great location. Exceptionally helpful and friendly host - he took us a on a quick personal tour of the area on arrival. Very spacious main room.
Kitchen and bathroom slightly cramped and minimal kitchen equipment - not a problem for us because we didn't cook but for example there was only one tea mug and no kettle.

We had to book the apartment on the same day of arrival, but despite the short notice the host made it happen that we could use the apartment within 2 hours. He was very friendly and supportive, picked us and our bagage up at the bus station and gave us a free 1 hours tourist tour through the city center.
