Foi muito difícil a comunicação com o hospedeiro no check-in. Ao final, quem foi um "anjo" foi o dono do café em frente ao prédio, que ligou e fez o contato. Para o check-out nenhuma informação, consegui falar pelo WhatsApp e o hospedeiro demorou para entender de qual dos imóveis eu falava. Insisti, e somente depois, informou como abriria o portão da rua. Também queria cobrar novamente a tx turismo, paga diretamente para a pessoa que havia feito meu checkin. Atendimento difícil e nem um pouco gentil.

The accomodation is in central Caserta, on a lively street. Right next to it are some restaurants, bars and institutions, as well as several parking garages. There's street parking that is paid during the day but free during the night. It felt like a safe area with people out for the evening, walking, etc. The room was clean, had a modern bathroom, working AC and a fridge. Checkin was autonomous through code. The host gave us some info before arriving, including a video of where we found the keys and the room, but stopped responding after a bit.

The most important thing is the rooms all have THE SAME KEY! There's a few rooms in the accomodation and the room key is just a standard room door key, so basically anyone can open your door. This felt very insecure and it's not how private accomodation should be handled. It was ok for us because we arrived late and never left the room, but I feel people would want to know this.
