About this house rental
Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms. Each one has a queen size bed. Extra pillows and blankets are provided.
Three full bathrooms; well stocked will all hotel amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, make up remover, shower caps and fresh clean towels.
The kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils :
Dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, toaster, bowls and coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, sugar and creamer. Cleaning supplies, rags, paper towels, dish washer soap would also be found.
Living room with a flat screen ** Rocku TV** and high speed internet. Private garage and parking for up to 4 cars.

This was a wonderful well maintained clean house. We love our stay there. We also loved the proximity to restaurants and driving distance to Lucas Oil stadium. The neighboorhood around very quiet, clean, and safe. Excellent experience. Thanks

House was perfect for our trip. 5 adults. We were able to set up a cot as our fifth bed in the back room. The 3 bathrooms were a big plus. Everyone couldn't get over the mirrors. Nice touch. Not a ton of seating like other reviews said but the high top served our needs well. Nicely updated home with plenty of yard. We brought some cornhole boards and were able to find a level spot although one side yard could use some maintenance. On a main road but it didn't bother us. Sam's club and plenty of food options close by. We had some great tacos on the corner of Lynhurst and 10th. We are already making plans to do it again next year and maybe catch a couple more races. Close proximity to the Speedway.
