The host’s communication was above and beyond. The home is better than described. It was very clean and I’m fussy about germs. They are very generous with items you may have forgotten, detergent etc. It is very near the 500 track and the airport. My only warning is if you have mobility issues you may want to keep looking. Not a problem for us but information someone might want. There are a few steps no matter where you go. And my ONLY complaint is that it was noisy. The street out front, the airport traffic, the nearby train all added up to more noise than I prefer.

The perfect house for our stay, we had 2 swimmers competing at a high level national meet, perfect setup for 2 families and 2 teenagers to be able to relax between sessions, close enough to downtown to be convenient, but also far enough out that the restaurants weren’t too busy due to March madness tournament.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We ran into a small problem with the front door lock and the host was quick to answer and address the issue. We felt safe in the house and with the immediate location. Would not want to be much closer to downtown. The house was clean and had way more than the basics! Would stay again!

House was perfect for our trip. 5 adults. We were able to set up a cot as our fifth bed in the back room. The 3 bathrooms were a big plus. Everyone couldn't get over the mirrors. Nice touch. Not a ton of seating like other reviews said but the high top served our needs well. Nicely updated home with plenty of yard. We brought some cornhole boards and were able to find a level spot although one side yard could use some maintenance. On a main road but it didn't bother us. Sam's club and plenty of food options close by. We had some great tacos on the corner of Lynhurst and 10th. We are already making plans to do it again next year and maybe catch a couple more races. Close proximity to the Speedway.

The guys in my family thoroughly enjoyed the location and the amenities! House is close to the race track with plenty of restaurants and stores closeby! Joe made sure they had everything they needed even coffee and toiletries!

This is a great location if you are just looking for a place to sleep, it’s on a busy street which is loud but the house was quiet enough. It’s an older remodeled house, just off the interstate , clean with good bathrooms and the beds were as promised. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a room AC unit that’s super noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The living space and one bedroom didn’t have window coverings that completely covered the windows - mini blinds that were too short - kind of unsettling not to be able to have privacy on such a busy road. The living space is small with a table for 4 and two love seats - there’s no place for everyone to hangout. It’s really set up for four people not couples. We had 6 in our group and we struggled to all have coffee together - Starbucks and numerous restaurants are close. There were plenty of towels, little extras in the bathrooms (similar to what you’d find at a hotel) and a washer and dryer. Overall our group said it was good enough as we were in town for a family event and really just looking for extra beds.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our first night there, we ran into a problem with the air conditioner not working. We contacted Joe and he was there within 15 minutes to take care of the problem. The home was remodeled and has just about everything you may need. The home was amply supplied with paper products, trash bags, shampoos, soap, etc.. A couple of things that would have made our experience better: - hot pads or mitts for holding hot things in the kitchen - a few more kitchen tools (e.g. ice cream scoop and can opener) - a fan for the upstairs or (better) a portable air conditioner for the upstairs because it got a little warm (we stayed in June). We thoroughly enjoyed the home and appreciated Joe's hospitality and responsiveness. We highly recommend 😊!
