Гарна локація. Чудовий власник помешкання і самі апартаменти — дуже стильні. Є все необхідне для того, щоб залишитись на вікенд, чи навіть на довше

Квартира супер, новий ремонт, все чисто, багато речей потрібних, вода питна, своє паркомісце, нам було комфортно! З вікна гарний вид і на місто, і на море. Забронювали зранку і в обід вже заселилися, господар зустрів і все показав . Рекомендую !
Особисто мені не вистачило якоїсь кавоварки, хоча внизу супермаркет і там є кава, просто звикли проснутися і заварювати каву. І по друге, ключ від ліфту повинен бути на кількість відпочиваючих, бо постійно потрібно його передавати, але це нюанси, за які я бали не знижувала

Чистота, місце розташування, вид з вікна, наявність безкоштовного парковочного місця, чудова територія, в квартирі є все необхідне, окремо порадувала наявність сушильної машини, поруч з домом є все, що потрібно.

Fantastic place and host! Brand new and high quality furniture and appliances, something which is extremely rare in Odessa, silent building and surrounding area. The host made every effort to let us check in early and allowed to stay over by two hours the day we checked out. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Arcadia / Odessa.
