I booked room for 2 in same day of my arrival and It was really amazing. Room is very clean, all needs like - ( towels, shower stuff, blow, dry, even dishes ) was in and worked. Special thanks to the Manager Nikolay, polite, welcoming and was very understandable with special needs regarding the check out time. Definitely I recommend and for sure will come back here on my next trip to Kyiv.

The sockets next to the bed was doesn’t work. Little bit uncomfortable to charge your phone far away from yourself.

The check-in and check-out process is self-sufficient, allowing me to manage my personal time in a completely painless and pleasant way. - The communication and assistance from the administration are incredibly pleasant. The hotel staff are professional. - My room had everything for a comfortable stay: blackout curtains, an ironing board and iron, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, towels and slippers. Also, the administration did not forget dishes, a hotplate for cooking and even a first-aid kit. - I can strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kyiv and I will be returning to the Kyiv Boutique Apart Hotel myself in the future!

On the whole, all the facilities provided by the hotel are more than adequate for a comfortable stay there. The only change that might have improved the stay is the elimination of the plastic shower gel packs in favour of small plastic shower gel bottles. This is more convenient to use.
