About this apartment rental
Welcome to our modern, centrally located apartment with a view of the Königstein Fortress and Lilienstein. The apartment is equipped with soundproof windows and soundproof fans on the Elbe side, so that the background noise of the passing railway line in the bedroom is not a problem. A covered terrace with barbecue and fireplace is available to the guests of the house. A lockable setting for your bicycles is also available. Younger guests can expect a playground with a swing and seesaw. Since your landlord knows the Elbe Sandstone Mountains very well, you will receive valuable tips for your trips above and below ground. Accompanying on the weekend is possible by arrangement. Parking is available in about 150 meters from the house.

Our apartment is bright and friendly and can accommodate up to 6 people on 57 square meters. You have a view of the Lilienstein and the Königstein fortress. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a pull-out single bed (160 x 200). The living room is modern equipped with a sofa bed (2 people), two comfortable armchairs, TV and radio. The kitchen consists of a comfortable built-in kitchen with complete kitchen equipment. The bathroom and the toilet are separate rooms. WiFi is accessible without cost.
Costs on site: A deposit of 25 percent is due after booking. You will receive a separate request from the landlord. The remaining amount is payable in cash on arrival.

Als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern (1,4) hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche (ohne Gefrierfach!), ausreichend Hand- und Geschirrtücher und eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermieter (wohnt mit im Haus).
Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Straße und einer Bahnstrecke, was uns vorher nicht bewusst war. Nachts konnten wir daher nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Das ging aber trotz 30 Grad Tagestemperatur ganz gut. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, einen tollen Grillabend und sehr leckere Forelle, von Steffen selbst geräuchert.
Würden wir also wieder kommen? Auf jeden Fall!
