Welcome to this small holiday paradise with 5 delightful apartments, situated in a picturesque park that belongs to a villa, surrounded by hills and vineyards and with a beautiful swimming pool.
This is the ideal location if you like a day at the beach, a visit to the cultural cities such as Pisa, Luca and Florence, interspersed with a relaxing day on your terrace or at the swimming pool.
Giuseppe and his daughters Francesca, Caterina and Elena live in the villa in the park and are always ready to help you if there is a need. The hospitable family will ensure that you are not disturbed to let you relax completely.
They offer their clients traditional Tuscan-style apartments, surrounded by a vast park and a beautiful swimming pool of 15 x 6 meters long.
They also offer their guests many activities on site and in the neighborhood. Guests can play bicycles, table tennis and football. There is also a swing and various games for younger children.
Guests can also enjoy relaxing walks, or even a morning jog in the yard, where not many cars pass the roads and walkers are even encouraged by the serenade by the singing of the birds.
There are numerous riding schools in the vicinity of the holiday home, where guests can go horse riding or take lessons for a fee. There is also a restaurant just 200 meters from the property. The property offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and free bike rental. Pisa International Airport is 28 km away.
The air-conditioned apartments have marble floors, a private terrace or patio and a shared terrace with a pergola. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV, microwave and coffee maker.
Pompelmo house:
This apartment was once a storage room for agricultural instruments. It is a detached house, with a large room that serves as a living / dining room, a wall separating the sleeping area with a double bed. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a double bed on the mezzanine.
Outside there is a large veranda, ideal for eating outside and where children can play, it is directly connected to the park. This apartment also has a stone BBQ where guests can prepare a delicious meal, such as the classic steak "alla Fiorentina".
This apartment is equipped with bed linen, air conditioning, central heating, dishwasher, TV, DVD reader, bath towels, barbecue, coffee maker and microwave.
