About this house rental
Villa Renzo was inaugurated in 2014 after a wise recovery of an old country house. The complex consists of a total of 6 apartments:
ANCONA and PESCARA of 50 m2 for couples
ROSETO, GIULIANOVA, TORTORETO, NOTARESCO of 60 m2 for families.
The WIFI connection is guaranteed throughout the hotel. TV with satellite channels. - Air Conditioning or Heating
In the kitchen you will find everything you need: pots, cutlery, crockery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher.
Outdoor area with shaded tables and chairs.
And in the garden, a large barbecue equipped for happy barbecues under the stars.
Washing machine.
Ironing board and iron available at reception
Indoor parking in the shade- 1 parking space per apartment.
Immersed in the green hills of Teramo, it is an oasis of peace and tranquility just a few minutes from the Adriatic Sea.
Excellent starting point to discover the Abruzzo region with its beautiful landscapes and its interesting historical and cultural heritage.
The Adriatic coast is only 10 kilometers away, the closest seaside resorts are GIULIANOVA, ROSETO.
In just over half an hour you can climb the Gran Sasso or Campo Imperatore.
