The house “Callisto 3” is located near the village Marpissa and Piso Livadi Paros.(max 5 Persons)
It’s a duplex apartment (maisonette) with a total surface of 75 m2
The 1st floor consists of 2 big bedrooms with a WC.
The 2nd floor is an undivided room with a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom.
It has access to a big veranda with a soothing view of the sea
You can also access the garden and the barbeque
The apartment is fully-equipped and it can host up to 5 people
There is a covered garage for 2 cars
Appliances work just fine.
Wi-Fi and parking are free.
Around the houses there is a garden with a playground and a small pool . Trees and plants with complimentary fruit ( if any) ,barbecue….
