A very big thank you to Navin, who from the beginning of my stay made me feel comfortable and looked after me during my entire stay at Theory9. I had voiced a concern upon entering my room to which he organised a new room within minutes. From day 1 onwards he was very kind and considerate attending to any need I had. Even when I left my rings at the property he went above and beyond in trying to return them to me. Navin and the staff at Theory9 were great and I'd have no hesitation in returning when I'm next in Mumbai.

The apartment location is good. But it is not a hotel and the facilities are not available.Flats have been converted to set of rooms with a common dining space. Overpriced for the facilities provided .
1. The bathroom is super small.Standing behind the bathroom door one cant open it and move out. 2. There is no phone or coffee/tea maker inside the room. They are outside of the room in the common dining space. 3. There were moulds on the washbasin ( Photo Attached) .
