The property manager, Vaibhav, was exceptional in his hospitality and made the stay even more comfortable with his friendly and attentive approach. The staff members Muskan, Vandana, Anant, Abdul, Omkar, Sushant, Jayesh, Arvind, and Abhijeet were outstanding throughout the week. Their prompt assistance and constant support made us feel less like guests and more like family. From arranging medicines when needed to ensuring that room service recommendations were appropriate and timely, every detail was thoughtfully handled. The apartments are also ideally located in one of Bandra’s most convenient neighborhoods, with excellent connectivity to the rest of the city. I would highly recommend Theory 9 to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed stay in Mumbai.

Conveniently located in one of the most happening parts of town, although it was a hassle with our luggage as you couldn't get a vehicle to drive in which was also problematic due to water logging in front of the gates.

Very loud and noisy even though we were on the 7th floor. WiFi did not work at all despite several attempts at connecting to routers on other floors etc. There was no WiFi reception in our room. The images shared on Booking.com were much better than the actual rooms themselves. Oh and we were hounded by several SMSes and emails asking us to make payment of $750 when the total we owed the hotel was $310
