The room, the view. It could have been quieter if the staff space was separated from the guest rooms. On my first day my dinner came a few hours late. Cold and stale. Next time the lunch, same issue. I said it’s okay, forgive them. The Bandra property was prompt, coz services were managed within the property. Out here, the team was professional and prompt. Kudos to them for how they handled a crisis one of the nights, the water supply was disrupted. They assured me it be fixed, it was a dreadful night - but on grounds of humanity, i adjusted. They offered to send me buckets of water. Terrible option i thought, especially for a hospitality business rated / categorised as a Star Service Apartment or similar. I would have expected a bit more courteousness from the property on the final bill for the mishaps. That experience made me change my rating from 8.5 as I perceived it be from the description to 4 out of experience. Just a few nut & bolts they get in order, these guys will do very well. I will give them another chance for sure

Very clean budgeted property. Very helpful staff like Prakash & Sumit

It was loud from 6-10:30 of plates, cooking etc. it was very loud and affected my sleep

The breakfast was homely and just right. No unnecessary variety, just good home food.

There was nothing that we did not like

Being a serviced apartment, it should have the tea making facilities in room, as well as a small fridge. Access should be keyless using only cards and not physical keys. Food service in house rather than bringing it from Bandra T9. Parking facilities. TV channels and service has to be from a good provider like Airtel/Dish/Tata etc and not the local cable provider, cannot watch CNN/BBC and other international channels
