The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The receptionist was welcoming and provided good service throughout my stay.
The first room we got on the 2nd floor was horrible. It was not even cleaned properly and it was smelly. The next day of our stay, we asked to move to another room which was way much better and cleaner but I lost some of my clothes here and no one wants to be responsible about it even though I asked for it a couple of times. In addition, the housekeeping could use some improvement, as there were times they forgot to replace towels or didn’t clean the room thoroughly.
