    Overall, I’m okay with this place as it offers good value for the price. Just as a reminder, the area is close to bars, so around 3 a.m. you can still hear people laughing and chatting downstairs. Oh, and I forgot to mention—we didn’t receive any message from the owner for check-in on the day we arrived. Because of that, we had to call them to ask. They said they had sent a message, but we didn’t receive anything on our side—maybe it was a technical issue. Still, it was a bit burdensome since we had to make an international call, which cost us quite a lot. So for anyone considering staying here, make sure to contact the property in advance before your arrival

    Its a self service hotel, so no staff in the building You have to make sure to have a email of entry code form the hotel ... Or else.. You cannot enter the hotel

    Caution: they will not email the check in instructions one day and even the day of your check in. You still need to call their hotline number for instructions. It's a hassle if you are not on roaming or if no wifi. located in a shady street. but near 2 train stations (Hinodecho and Kannai) . also near a food street. Worth it for it's price considering the size of the room woth kitchen
