The Villa is in a fabulous location over looking the beach/bay. Great sunset views. The Villa inside was very clean and tidy. Lots of outdoor space, so if you are maximum capacity there is space to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good and efficient. We had one or two issues when we arrived but were sorted very quickly be the management agents. Lots of space to park cars off the road - beware of the birds though!

The following points are for information rather than a criticism: ( some of these issues maybe something do with visiting at the end of season) In our opinion, the villa is NOT set up for 11 people, (apart from the number of beds) There were 6 in our group. The Kitchen - On the small side if you want to cook/prepare meals and given the cost of eating out now we ate in most nights. Glasses and cups/mugs not enough for 11. Dishwasher was tiny . The oven only has one shelf and there no cooking trays, apart from glass cooking dishes. it makes cooking several things in the oven difficult. The hot water in the house in general was extremely hot and there were no warning signs. Living space: Was not adequate for 6 let alone 11! 2 single chairs, 2 seated sofa and a rocking chair. Indoor dining can just about get 6 around it. The outdoor table is ok would be a little cosy for 11. If the weather is hot and sunny outside dining is absolutely fine , but we were there in Sept and the weather was very mixed. Very windy and chilly particularly in the evenings. It would really help if there was some sort or screening to block the wind. ( We found that the wind up at the villa was always worse than down on the beach one of the minus points you should consider when the weather is likely to be cooler) Sun beds - only about 8 sunbeds Outdoors -needs a bit of TLC a few broken tiles around the pool. Diving board is rusty and there is no info on the depth ( And there is a sign on the fence saying no diving!) Location - The road the villa is on gets very busy! Permanent stream of cars coming up and down the road in the morning until mid afternoon, due to the hotel that is there, but mainly due to people looking to park for the beaches. The huge car park at the bottom of the road and those in the village filled up very quickly. If there are older people in your group, need to consider the walk up to the villa, long gradual hill, steep steps and impossible to park in the village.

The pool and the view are the best feature of this villa

Although we knew it didn’t have air con, there was a lack of fans throughout the villa. It was unbearable at times in 36 degree heat and humidity . A fan was definitely needed in the kitchen when cooking. We asked for a change of towels and bedding as it was hot and this was declined as you have to stay there longer than 9 nights. We were staying for 9 days - little petty really! So we bought washing pods and cleaned everything ourselves. The tumble dryer doesn’t work but not an issue. Limited equipment in kitchen. Fridge is dodgy - if full it doesn’t work effectively.
