Needs an update but worth a look

Location was great and a huge apartment with a nice garden opposite The restaurant nearby was great as well

Breath-taking views, lovely apartment.

Spacious, bright gorgeous apartment with spectacular views of the lake. Bonus was the garden area which had access to to lake. Kitchen was well equipped and coffee, tea, oil , balsamic etc all provided. Bakery 2 mins walk away was excellent for fresh croissants in a morning. So peaceful and near a bus stop or 15 mins walking to Lenno or Tremezzo. If you want a stay a little away from the hustle ideal, minimarket and bar for food and drink within 2 mins walk. Excellent information on how to get to property and gain access were given.

It does need a little bit of attention, we stay two nights would’ve liked to have more towels than just one set for two nights, but was given upon request. With great response from the host.

pay attention to the pictures. in addition to the blue paint on the walls which bring a touch of modernity, the apartment remains old-fashioned. it is located in a shipyard area outside. also, there are 3 big dogs at the entrance of the building, which is not very welcoming. (pit bull) and it smells of dog all over the stairwell. it's really unpleasant. in short, rental too expensive for what it is.

Very good

The view to lake Como was amazing, just like in the photos. Excellent location, with an easy access to the lake, ferries, local shops and restaurants within a walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped. The spacious apartment has a small 'garden' so you can enjoy breakfast outside, take a sunbath and pop for a swim when you like.

The old house is not very soundproof.

La vu

Le bâtiment très vieux, la douchete défectueux, la propreté laisse à désirer, l’aspirateur pas de chargeur pour passer l’aspirateur, et il et cassé. Le chauffage on peut pas le le monter + que 23 degré sachant que les fenêtre sont mal isolé donc il fait froid dans l’appartement surtout dans la chambre heureusement nous avons ramené un petit chauffage pour pouvoir chauffé la pièces sachant quand n’avons un bébé en bas âge

Je recommande , appartement très spatieux et super bien situé

- l’emplacement très bien situé à 5 min à pied d’une excellente pizzeria / d’une supérette - vue sur le lac - à 15 min à pied des embarcadères pour aller visiter les autres villages - la réactivité de l’hôte - les différents cadeaux à l’intérieur ( cafés éponge , dosette lave vaisselle )

Séjour extra à Côme

Difficile de trouver meilleur emplacement! Vue imprenable du grand salon sur le lac en face de la villa Balbanielo, petit jardin sur l’eau … cuisine très bien équipée , la navette à côté pour visiter les autres villages du lac

Le côté un peu vieillot de la déco , le bruit de la route au-dessus, la toute petite chambre des enfants sans vue

Curatenie, caldura, produse de îngrijire ( săpun, gel de dus, șampon). Vedere la lac. Totul a fost foarte bine pregătit.

Singurul minus este ca locația este la o distanță de 10-15 minute de mers pe jos pana la ferry.
