Beautiful Fairway Oaks 3312, located on Amelia Island. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your next vacation, this is it!
The first thing you’ll see when driving into this gated community are the amazing historic white oak trees, draping Spanish moss over the roads of the entire community. Several walking/bike paths next to the villa will allow you to feel close with nature. The breathtaking Rosette Spoonbills reside in the tress and lagoons surrounding the golf course. Enjoy expansive fairway views from this newly renovated, two bedroom, two bathroom end-unit villa, situated in the Fairway Oaks community on the grounds of the prestigious Amelia Island Omni Resort on the South end of the island.
Tile flooring extends from the entryway throughout the main living area, kitchen, and into the Florida room, which is shrouded in a wall of windows, allowing the coveted golf views in and giving you and your guests the guaranteed best seat on the 2nd fairway. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances beautifully appoint the open kitchen. Prepare meals to wow your guests, all while never losing sight of the green! This home offers a fully stocked kitchen with seating for four at the expansive bar area or at the four-person table in the Florida room. The Florida room also features a quiet reading nook with a daybed that has a pull-out trundle to allow sleeping for two.
The private master bedroom suite boasts hard wood floors, sliding glass doors, which open to reveal a private patio set against the backdrop of the renowned Pat Dye Oak Marsh golf course, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The spacious guest bedroom also features hard wood floors, as well as private access to the guest bath. Each room also includes a flat screen TV, while a private storage area off of the kitchen allows you to store rented bikes and other belongings.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.
Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.
All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

This was a 3 day getaway for me and my husband. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was supplied with all the essentials we needed.My only complaint is I feel we should have been told there was no cable TV in the bedrooms. We were unable to watch live TV in the bedrooms. It was Xfinity TV and we had no code to watch live tv. Only the owners can or someone that already has an Xfinity account.The internet never worked either. We rebooted the modem several times , but never did keep it working. The master bedroom mattress was horrible. A very lumpy soft mattress that was uncomfortable. The wall thermostat was not user friendly. Very hard to use and I’m pretty tech savvy. My husband nor I could ever figure out how we changed it from heat to cool from the previous time we changed it. Other than that our stay was nice. Due to those reasons we won’t be staying in this particular villa again.
