About this house rental

The Rio Grande River House overlooks the Frio and is just a few steps away! With a breathtaking view of a 1/4 mile of the most beautiful part of the Frio, the Rio Grande House is approximately 2,800 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
The Rio Grande can accommodate 18 guests (maximum) comfortably and is an ideal space for vacations, weddings, family reunions, car clubs, motorcycle clubs, small-business retreats, writers retreats, church retreats and more. A perfect place for family or friends to relax right on the Frio River!

NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 TO RENT, AND ALL MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 MUST BE IN THE COMPANY OF A PARENT. IF YOU FAIL TO ADHERE, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY UPON CHECK IN WITHOUT FAIL AND WITHOUT REFUND.
