About this house rental

Bungalow 40 is setup perfectly for large families or groups. The four bungalows cleverly surround the swimming pool and each room has it's own outdoor entrance. The main home contains the primary bedroom and bath, the kitchen, and dining/meeting/or gathering area. The 6 other bedrooms are located in 3 separate structures, and these bedrooms all have their own outdoor entrance which faces the pool.
This rental is located on 5 acres with an unobstructed open field perfect for stargazing and star photography. With two of the Three Sisters less than 5 miles away in Leakey, Texas, Bungalow 40 is also ideal for motorcycle groups and car clubs.

NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 TO RENT OR STAY WITHOUT PARENTS, AND ALL MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 MUST BE IN THE COMPANY OF A PARENT. IF YOU FAIL TO ADHERE, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY UPON CHECK-IN WITHOUT FAIL AND WITHOUT REFUND.

Great set up for multiple families dislike that they do not have a kid fence around the pool ! I feel like everything in the kitchen was dirty dishes had to be re-washed before you use them. I just feel like whoever had the house before you checked in they relied on whoever rented it to clean it instead of a housekeeping service coming in to clean before the next guest that was very disappointing as well .. TV didn’t work in the main house. The lady did say she’d come and fix it ..

The place was great, very clean, honestly the pics don’t do it justice. I felt it was a nicer set up than pics. We only had an issue with the WiFi and AC due to the rain on first night, but Ana Lisa was on top of it and had it fixed the next morning..our group enjoyed our stay very much…pool was awesome…

The pictures posted of this property do this spot no justice! This property is beautiful. It is great place to enjoy your big family or group of friends. Loved that each family had their own bungalow with shared jack and Jill bathrooms. The pool is great and that we had it to cool off on these hot days! The adults and kids loved it. The main house has 2 refrigerators and very spacious kitchen and dining area. The only one issue we had was the dryer was not fully working. Other than that, the property manager was very good at giving us directions and periodically checked on us to make sure all was good! We will definitely be back. Loved it!!

Staying here was by far the best choice qe could have made. My friends and I wanted to celebrate the end of the school year for our kids and this house was so accommodating to us all!! We had a total of 6 different family's and having the options of each family having their own private room that was separate from each other gave us the privacy we all needed and having the main house as the source od the gathers for cooking and entertainment qas such a blessing! The kitchen had every cooking utensils, pots, pans etc that we needed. The pool was so wonderful to have to cool down for the hot summer days. We loved that the home was secluded enough but not too far from the frio river and shopping stores. High recommended staying here and would definitely rent this home again!

The set up was amazing for large families! Our only criticism is that the beds in all of the bungalow style rooms were extremely uncomfortable. Also, I think the dryer needs a new heating element. Our clothes would be in there for hours and still not dry! The kitchen was stocked with every pot, utensil, small appliance that you could possibly need. We loved the horseshoe pit and the pool!

The property was perfect to fit 13 of our employees. A main set back was that the beds were very uncomfortable...and it was odd that towels(bath and hand) were not provided. The property is beautiful but the bushes and flower beds were way overgrown- to the point where it blocked the walkway to the door. You will also need to bring multiple fly swatters...the insects that are flying around and getting into the rooms was alot. Other than that- enjoy!

Loved property but house keeping was lax. Large oil spots on master sheets plus bed was short sheeted. Did not know if clean sheets from previous renter or sloppy house keeping. Mold in master shower. Kind made start iffy. Kids loved property. Liked layout of mainhouse. House keeping did not put garbage bags for outside area. Had to improvise. For $1000 night rental thought they could do better
