Logement bien équipé. Tjrs le pb de bruit car situé au bord d'une rue passante et de l'entrée de la résidence. Ménage moyen à l'arrivée (poussières sous les lits).

ok concernant l'équipement de l'appartement (bonne qualité et fonctionnel). Par contre un bémol concernant la situation géographique de l'appartement situé en bordure de piste cyclable et rue donc beaucoup de nuisances sonores tôt le matin jusqu'à tard le soir. Dommage que cela ne soit pas précisé dans l'annonce au départ... Dernier point concernant la propreté de l'appartement (présence de fourmis un peu partout et toiles d'araignées) je précise que le prix de l'appartement incluait le ménage)
