The location was good and the self-check-in was nicely flexible though it was a bit hard to find the key box at first. Clean apartment that had everything we needed.

There weren’t any clear instructions about check-out, and also the instructions for sorting the trash were a bit lacking for someone who don’t know the Japanese rules.

ロケーションがよく分かりやすい 宿泊料が安い 新しくて綺麗で清潔 4人で泊まったが畳の部屋でゆったりゲームして遊べた テレビが大きい トイレが離れて所にあってゆっくりできた 洗濯ができた 置き傘があって助かった 使ってないが調理器具もあり自炊もできる 電子レンジもある 有料駐車場が周りにたくさんある

ポストの裏側いう言葉がないと鍵の取り出し方が分かりにくい お風呂のイスが小さ過ぎる ベランダに洗濯物を干すヒモでもあればよかった

Not too far away from everything. Convenient location close to Tanukidoji and Odori park. Sapporo is small so very walkable. I would easily stay here again, but better cleaning and some utilities to the apartment would not hurt.

The apartment could have had more hooks, baskets and also cutlery. Felt it was empty in that and often there was a desire to hang wet towels somewhere or put dirty laundry somewhere. The apartment was a bit dusty, could have been nice with better cleaning and perhaps some cleaning tools for people staying a longer time stored somewhere. The check in instructions were a bit unclear and painful experience to go through.
