Beds including futons were comfortable. Apartment was compact but not uncomfortable for our 5 night stay for 4 pax. Location is near many convenience stores and food options. Balcony is useful for drying clothes after washing in the in room washing machine.
No complaints except the location is a bit far from susukino area (walk 20+mins) might be tiring to walk after a whole day's of activity. Suggestion to add additional mirror outside the vanity area for concurrent usage since it's meant for 4 pax. Otherwise, v decent apartment in Sapporo for the price.
