The location is fantastic—very central and just a short walk into the heart of town. It’s also conveniently positioned near the New Fortress, with only about a 5–10 minute stroll to the Old Fortress, making it perfect for exploring.

One thing to note is that there’s no lift, and the stairs are quite narrow, so something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. A small addition like a toaster would have been nice

The location of Porta Reale Suite is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Corfu Old Town and within easy walking distance of everything. We stayed for three nights and loved how convenient it was to pop back into the apartment throughout the day to freshen up or take a short break, then step right back out onto the street and continue exploring. The studio is very well equipped, with a full kitchen where we cooked breakfast each morning and enjoyed our espresso on the balcony — a great way to start the day. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book Porta Reale Suite again.

The steep stairs. Small bedside tables and dining table. Nice decorative bedside lights, giving totally insufficient light to read a book in bed. Parking of hire car impossible outside the property as we belatedly discovered it was motorcycles only, leading to a 30€ fine. Parking in the town was generally very difficult.
