Nothing we can say that we did not like

A very nice apartment in a great location in the old town. Good cooking facilities. A separate lounge area. Modern bathroom. Everything was extremely clean. Great aircon

The bed was described as Extra large double bed, which normally means 6ft, but this was smaller. It is located in quite a noisy square and the music continued until 2am. This can be remedied with earplugs.

Location was amazing and the apartment has a luxury feel. I loved the balcony and appreciated the snacks and cold water in the room.

It would be great to have a washing machine and sometimes the external staircase was very dark. Other than that, I had a really lovely stay! Very minor things

Excellent location. Modern nicely appointed apartment. Large balcony with good town views.

Never met a host, or anybody for that matter. The property is managed by a property management company. Every request or query was dealt with electronically. Whilst we received a prompt response it would be nice to meet somebody. Access to the apartment up a shared dirty flight of stairs. Items listed on Booking.com schedule did not emphasise that if we needed anything extra it was our responsibility, to quote, "as if at home". An example was that only TWO toilet rolls were provided, if we needed anymore we were told we would need to buy our own! Only two bath towels supplied for five days. No cleaning service of toilet bin and no floor mop. NO clothes rack on arrival, we were told it was being used by next door, we had to ask for one which was later left outside the apartment by the owner. Cutlery and plates inconsistent numbers, it seemed that no inventory is taken regularly.
