Apartment Annunziata

The property was very clean and well appointed. The management was very kind and quick to reply. It is located in the heart of old town. It is a lively area with lots of shopping, cafés and restaurants close by.

The location was fabulous! Lots of space in living area and nice to be able to open the doors to the balcony to watch the comings and goings of people in the square. Excellent shops and restaurants close by and enjoyed being close to the historical landmarks.

Never met a host, or anybody for that matter. The property is managed by a property management company. Every request or query was dealt with electronically. Whilst we received a prompt response it would be nice to meet somebody. Access to the apartment up a shared dirty flight of stairs. Items listed on Booking.com schedule did not emphasise that if we needed anything extra it was our responsibility, to quote, "as if at home". An example was that only TWO toilet rolls were provided, if we needed anymore we were told we would need to buy our own! Only two bath towels supplied for five days. No cleaning service of toilet bin and no floor mop. NO clothes rack on arrival, we were told it was being used by next door, we had to ask for one which was later left outside the apartment by the owner. Cutlery and plates inconsistent numbers, it seemed that no inventory is taken regularly.
