About this apartment rental
Luxurious completely remodeled no expense spared 2nd floor OCEANFRONT condominium with POOL. Easy Keyless Checkin allowing you to arrive on your schedule.
Assigned covered parking for up to two vehicles with a storage closet for all of your beach toys.
This is the first time this property has been on the rental market. An extreme attention to detail makes each guests stay an enjoyable experience. Enjoy a 5 star experience like my other oceanfront properties in Carolina Beach Vrbo 1317199 and Vrbo 469392. Use the ratings of these properties as a reference until sufficient ratings are established at this one.
Pamper yourself while at the beach. This unit showcases stunning ocean/sunrise views from the open concept living area with recessed lighting and spacious covered oceanfront deck. This property is located just a 10 minute walk south of the Boardwalk along a quiet street and a wide strand of beach. You're close enough not to drive but far enough away to avoid the crowds.
The beautifully renovated kitchen boasts shaker-style cabinets, quartz countertops, custom tile backsplash, new LG black stainless appliances, and a deep oversized sink/high-end faucet.
Both the master and guest baths have been completely renovated, with custom hand-cut Italian subway tile, and 35" inch height vanities. The master bath features a multi jet shower.
The entire property from wall, to floors, to ceiling has been upgraded with acoustical sound deadening insulation. Solid core cottage style interior doors add to the quiet and calm feel of this property.
To make your vacation experience complete our housekeeping staff makes the beds before your arrival using soft linens and bath towels that we provide. Pack lightly because you can wash clothes in the full size washer and dryer in the unit. Keeping it simple for our guests is our goal -- but remember your beach towels, beach chairs, and sunscreen. Beach chairs and umbrellas may also be rented by three companies who will deliver and setup in front of the building on the beach.
MY COMMITMENT is to provide our guests with a clean comfortable stay. Upon checkout our cleaning staff spends 3 hours deep cleaning in this COVID-19 era and preparing the property for the next guests.
We have all experienced superficial cleaning at hotels and rental properties which appear clean on the surface but upon closer inspection you know its not as it appears. My personal goal is to have this property cleaned to a level that meets or exceeds your expectations.

Place was very clean and had very comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed setting out on the balcony plenty of room for 4 people and a great view of the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and it was great having a washer and dryer.

This is the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in on the beach. Upscale kitchen and baths. Perfect view of the ocean and a great location. Rick was wonderful to help in any of our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Weekend...10/10 experience: we truly enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning with our coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. We were here the first weekend in May, so the beach was not crowded and the water was cool but pleasant. We enjoyed walking down the beach to restaurants on the boardwalk. 10/10 communication: Rick was a wonderful host.10/10 clean: everything was sparkling clean. The bath towels were even bright white & soft.10/10 amenities: They had a few games, including "table topics" cards that created some fun conversations with my in-laws. The king sized beds were super comfortable for both couples and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. FYI: Shampoo, conditioner and bath soap is not included; however, they did provide literally everything else - dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, linens..
