beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez from every room. This stunning 2 bedroom,
3 bathroom villa features a master suite, with king bed and large bathroom
(with jetted tub, stand-up shower and dual vanity), The Guest Suite provides 2
Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full
bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a
full bath off the living room.
Dine in with a full kitchen complete with stove, oven,
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and large pantry. The
kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small
appliances. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La
Estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area.
You will enjoy every waking moment looking at the sun rising
over the Sea of Cortez from your bed. The friendly staff will assure your day

Beautiful unit with great views. Large patio ideal for morning coffee and afternoon napping. Great beach, walking distance to tabascos and The Mango deck. Had a wonderful time.

We loved our villa! It was a perfect set up for a family, with two separate sleeping areas and a beautiful lake living room and kitchen area. It was well stocked and very clean. We can’t wait to come back!

From the time we arrived until we had to leave, there is nothing but great things to say about VLE, the staff and also the assistance from Jane (property manager). There are 3 total resorts within the same group, VLE being in middle. If you want something more "quiet" with fewer young kids, VLE is perfect! Though it's a great spot for a family as well.
Our villa had an amazing view of the ocean, even though we were back from the beach, you'd could hear the waves at night - very peaceful. When you walk out on the beach there are miles to walk in either direction. The marina in Cabo is a short cab ride away, and during the day you can also get a water taxi which is fun! It's also only a 15 minute walk.
The villas themselves are amazing. We had a 2 bedroom and with 4 of us, there was more room than we needed. The balcony is huge and we sat out every night, great spot to relax and unwind after busy days. Again, there is nothing negative we could say about VLE or Jane - we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
