Property needs a few repairs and lacks air conditioning, unable to access outside lights, pool and outside area very good, pool checked regularly, management representative was excellent

Love the location, the weather, the facilities, the property, the communication with owners and added bonus this year of the electric scooters in Cabo Roig made this trip even more exciting than in previous years

The agency responded very quickly when we had a problem.
The house facilities were good however it could definately do with a good freshen up.
The shower heads were green with lime scale the shower cubicles themselves could do with a good clean., the sheets don’t fit the beds they constantly come off when your asleep.
The outside area is good but again could really do with a good clean and a coat of paint.
