Nice apartment near the
promenade and the historic center of Forio. Recently renovated, bright and equipped with all comforts and wifi.

- Panoramic terrace overlooking a citrus grove and Mount Epomeo, equipped with a table with 4 chairs and a folding clothesline.
The apartment is located in the S. Vito area (residential area characterized by typical narrow streets (Vichi Saraceni) that overlook the main road between the historic center and the promenade. Overlooking a citrus grove with views towards Mount Epomeo, it is located on the first floor of a typical house consisting of ground floor and first floor.
At 10 minutes walk the beautiful beach of Cava dell 'Isola, totally free but with excellent services, always followed on the seafront and about 1 km from the bay of Citara (Punta Imperatore) where in addition to the free beach and equipped beaches there are the famous gardens POSEIDON thermal baths (60,000 m2 of thermal park with 14 swimming pools, three restaurants, two saunas and a private beach).
Also at ten minutes the main street of the historic center of Forio, where in addition to famous boutiques there are restaurants, bars, tobacconists, banks and post office. Less than 350 meters from the house you will already find the first restaurants, two car rentals and a mini market.
