Spacious, high ceilings. Nice decor and very good bed. Great location.
Sofa was falling apart, taps are very stiff and some horrible smell coming from the kitchen sink.

spacious bedroom;
separate kitchen with all utensils;
nice location
curtains too tiny to cover the windows - neighbours could look into the flat at night and morning light woke us up too early;
main door did not close unless locked (the door handle didn't work at all) and we sometimes had trouble just opening the door (were locked out on a few occassions);
drainage in the shower did not work and we were standing ankle-deep in water each time we had a shower;
noisy neighbours upstairs had a party in the middle of the week (students?)
