Good Location

Apartment looks better on the pictures. Broken third bed, only three medium towels for three people (not enough), very empty kitchen, old used kitchen sponge (please replace each time)

Good value for yhe money...location was good...very warm and comfortable

There should be more towels

We've stayed here before. The simply furnished room was clean, with 2 moveable single beds, a table/chairs and 3 shelves and hooks for possessions. The kitchen has a heating facility plus what you'd expect, likewise bathroom. There are 3 rooms in the flat, with solid walls, so a quiet night is fairly likely. Located in a high-ceilinged 1900s building, self check-in is straightforward. The property is located in a splendid area: historic - not a given in a war-ravaged city - with a craft'n'normal pub(s) opposite and another, the Dom Piwa, 400m away. The Frave restaurant 300m away offers a superb English breakfast. The main square is a mere 4 minutes by foot.

No complaints

- central location; - good communication with an owner; - possibility to check-in early; - easy check-in process; - cleanliness.

- extremely thin walls = noise (I don’t recommend for light sleepers); - no towels; - no small bin in the room; - no hairdryer; - room was a bit cold when I stayed there in mid-October (heater didn’t work in my room unfortunately)
