Four Seasons Apartments

We like the stay overall, the apartment is good and comfortable. Bathroom with shower is also good, no bathtub. Location is close to the Waterfront, therefore you can just walk and explore the city. Security is helpful and kind, became our friends.

Unfortunately currently there is no comfortable working space in the apartment. The table is big but the chairs (bar-style) does not match height-wise. In the bathroom now curtain therefore all the splashes are going to the main bathroom floor. In the living room no curtains/shades. Only transparent ones which are not helping when there is a bright sunshine. If you stay more than a week, you need to buy the toilet paper, the trash bin bags, coffee, tea, you need to wash your towels etc... Not a big issue, just to note.

To collect the keys at the property.

The space in the apartment and set-up, we didn't need to ask for anything cause it was provided from get go. Big shout out to serives of day shift securites who worked there from 3-8th. They are so welcoming

The service of checking in, we arrived there and the securities couldnt let us in because the agent forget to send an email and now we had to call again n send emails as there was immediately reply

The rooms and balcony area was spacious and very welcoming livingroom area. The location was easy for travelling, close to shops and restaurants and the apartment was generally peaceful and quiet.

The check in process was horrible and such an inconvenience. Having to look for a postbox within a somewhat dodgy petrol station far from the apartment to get our keys was not ideal. Such admin to just check in a place. To top it off the electricity ran out in the middle of the night and prepaid token numbers received from the host didn't work the next morning. We checked out not being able to make breakfast or iron our clothes to say the least. Needless to say that these two issues left a bitter taste in my mouth.
