    excellent location Good staff Thanks to Mrs. Donia, the house keeper she was kind and clean the apart very well. only I faced one issue with the toilet size.

    Hotel is good and it is surrounded with plenty of hotels and grocery shops. It’s few minutes walk to Taxim square but disappointed with the room allotted at 4th floor as there is no elevator and it was hard to climb up for elderly people. Otherwise, it’s a great value for money.

    The property was located in a good area and the room was relatively quiet. However, upon arrival we were extremely surprised to discover that this was not an official hotel but merely a building with rooms, and there was no reception or staff available. No one was present to receive us at check-in; we had to knock on the door and call the number provided in the Agoda booking confirmation. After some delay, the owner arrived, handed us keys to both the entrance and the room, and left — the arrangement resembled an Airbnb rather than a hotel. In addition, the facilities were far below the advertised standard: no ironing facilities, a non-functional locker, no reception service, and only one initial bottle of drinking water. Essential amenities such as shower gel, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were missing from the washroom. This property does not operate as a proper hotel and does not meet the standards expected from listings on Agoda. I respectfully request Agoda to review this property, ensure accurate representation on your platform, and compensate the inconvenience caused by this misleading booking.
