Dirty cabin

We didn't have heating and hot water, cooking options the first day and night. It was 5 degrees outside and we travelled with our bahy. First day we were welcomed with garbage all over the front garden. The light didn't work in the bedroom. The mattress was absolutely disgusting and we had to bring and use our own bed covers.The bathroom smelled just horrible.And there was dirt everywhere.Turned out the 2x gas canisters at the back of the house run out of gas, that's why there was no heating. Which should have been definitely checked before new guests arrive. There was hair in the shower. They make you pay for THEIR insurance as an extra charge, after you have paid the fee for booking.com, otherwise no entry. You also pay for cleaning, but you have to clean everything you've used, do the washing up too before you leave. And there are no curtains on any of the windows. They have blinds, but no normal curtains like literally every other house in the whole camping/vacation area.

A lovely and homely house, ideal location for a short family trip!

The location was convenient and it gave a homely feeling! Interior essentials/utilities were available!

The gas ran out after 1 day of arrival, which was inconvenient if you have a young child. Thankfully it was daytime that we could have arranged for refill service.

Great vacation home in a very quiet location and easy walk to the beach

Location of the property is fantastic! Nice friendly neighbors, quiet area. Fenced garden area made travel with dogs easier and patio area in the garden was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning. Short walk to the on-site grocery store and restaurant. Easy walking distance to the beaches. Very family friendly and relaxing.

We had to wash up the majority of the dishes and cups before we could use them.. previous persons(s) had put them away in a rather disgusting state.

Bardzo ładna okolica, ale obsługa jest okropna !!!

To, że nikt mi nie pomógł. Spałam w 7 stopniach Celsjusza z 7 miesięcznym dzieckiem. Prosząc o pomoc zostałam zignorowana. Obsługa w restauracji niemiła i dwa razy był problem z moim posiłkiem. Nie dostałam go.

Locatie is leuk, in de duinen vlakbij goede faciliteiten zoals een winkelcentrum.

De accommodatie is niet rookvrije zoals geadverteerd. Er was wekenlang door meerdere mensen zwaar gerookt, zo kwam het over althans. Wij konden met onze allergische kinderen geen gebruik maken van deze geboekt chalet en hebben direct een melding gemaakt. Er was niets anders vrij en hebben binnen 15 minuten de sleutels bij de receptie ingeleverd. Er is nul compensatie aangeboden. Afrader dus, tenzij je zelf graag in een asbak verblijft.
