A lovely place for a stay with a simple but effective kitchen.

left waiting for an hour at check in, no communication

There was no communication or instructions on how to get the key, we tried to contact the owners through booking.com, through phone and through their website and got no response. When we arrived there was no one there, we asked a neighbor to call the owner, and even after that we waited for over an hour until someone arrived and showed us our room.

Es war sehr schön und es gäbe noch viel zu entdecken - wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage ist relativ ruhig und trotzdem nicht weg weg von der Innenstadt. Die Busse haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es gibt nahe gelegene Haltestellen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die gemeinsame Terrasse bietet verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten. Es waren sogar Verbrauchsmaterial (wie Kaffeefilter und Kaffee, Zucker, Toilettenpapier, Handseife, Duschgel, etc.) und andere unerwartete Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. In der Wohnung wartete z.B. ein persönlicher Willkommensgruß mit einer Kostprobe hausgemachter Marmelade, dazu Wasser und Radler im Kühlschrank. Darüber hinaus wurde frisches regionales Obst angeboten.

Die Nachteile haben nur mit der Parksituation zu tun, für die der Vermieter nichts kann ;-) In der Nähe sind die meisten Parkplätze tagsüber nur für 1 oder 2 Stunden nutzbar, man findet aber trotzdem einzelne Plätze ohne diese Einschränkung (auch durch die netten Hinweise der Vermieter). Bei der Anreise war noch von einem Fest die Straße als Einbahnstraße markiert, was den Anweisungen des Navis widersprach, aber das klärte sich ja sofort auf.

..die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, sowie die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber und die Lage der Wohnung. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Terrasse mit Whirlpool und Relaxmöglichkeit.

...nichts hätte besser sein können alles, da alles prima.
